Presbyterian Church of Pakistan took initiative to hold a Pastor retreat in Muree (A Hill Station) from 20th June to 24th June and 27th June to 1st July 2011. June and July are extremely hot in our part of the world and it was a great opportunity for the pastor to go on a calm and beautiful hill station. This Retreat was held with the collaboration of the Gondlanwala Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Pakistan.
150 Pastors from different Presbyteries of the Presbyterian Church gathered in two phases to refresh their knowledge about the word of God and grow spiritually. Each phase continued for 5 days and Many Spirit filled men of God Preached the Gospel through out the Retreat. Many lives changed and many restored according to their testimonies. One of the Participants said that he reaffirmed his calling after spending time here in such a Spirit Filled gathering.
Rev. Arif Masih Siraj Moderator Presbyterian Church of Pakistan also visited Pastor’s Retreat and spent time with Presbyterian Pastors. This fellowship produced joy for all pastors and Moderator himself.
