Rev. Dr. Arthur James served Presbyterian Church as Moderator for 11 years from1995-2000 and 2003-2009. He has been given the title of Moderator Emeritus by the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Pakistan. Rev. Dr. Maqsood Kamil served Presbyterian Church as Honorary Executive Secretary from 2000 to 2011. Elder Mrs. Nosheen Khan served the General Assembly as General Secretary for two consecutive terms from 2004-2010.

Presbyterian Church made a marvelous progress under the selfless leadership of Moderator, Executive Secretary and General Secretary. It is notable that Major Jawaid Rahmat Ullah was also welcomed as new Executive Secretary of Presbyterian Church of Pakistan. Moderators of the Presbyteries, Representatives of institutions, Bishops of Church of Pakistan and other dignitaries attended the thanksgiving service. According to the gathering a befitting dinner was served after the worship.
