Presbyterian Church of Pakistan feels the problem and
difficulties faced by its pastors. 80% of Presbyterian
Pastors are serving God in villages and poor people.
Their means of income are very short. Church started
different endowments and benefit plans for Presbyterian
Pastors. Presbyterian Pastoral Endowment is founded to
provide emergency medical assistance to pastors.
Insurance, Provident fund, retirement benefit plans,
special fund for death during services are introduced by
Presbyterian Church.
